Kew Gardens Egg Treehouse
A competition entry to design a temporary structure under a tree(treehouse) for Kew Gardens which incorporates the institutions research into the natural world.
An egg shaped structure was designed showcasing new plant species discovered by Kew and made up of smaller elements that could be constructed in collaboration with participating school pupils.
Both digital and physical games were also designed into the proposal, while artist collaboration was proposed to paint the egg.
The project changes in relation to the weather and is made from sustainable materials including cork, timber and clay.
