Nestled on a picturesque, tree-lined street in the heart of Islington, this former pub has been thoughtfully transformed into a warm and contemporary apartment. The full refurbishment celebrates both character and functionality, balancing bespoke craftsmanship with budget-conscious design.

The apartment features elegant new timber flooring throughout, bringing warmth and cohesion to the space. The bedroom and ensuite have been carefully refurbished to enhance comfort and style, while preserving subtle nods to the building’s original charm.

At the heart of the home lies a striking open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen was entirely custom-made, featuring a mirror backsplash and unique detailing that reflect light and add depth to the space. A seamless connection between the kitchen and dining area was central to the design, encouraging flow and sociability.

Despite a tight budget and timescale, the project was delivered with precision and creativity, resulting in a refined living space that feels both timeless and tailored.
